Description:
As the DoD Executive Agent, the Secretary of the Army is responsible for the operation, management, and funding of Financial Disclosure Management (FDM) for the purpose of the electronic filing of annually required financial disclosure reports (Public Financial Disclosure Reports-SF 278) by Presidential appointees, members of the Senior Executive Service, and General/Flag Officers, as well as the filing of DoD personnel required to file Confidential Financial Disclosure Reports (OGE Form 450).
