Catch a Serial Offender "CATCH" Program Server and Searchable Database
Description:
DepSecDef Memo "Designation of the Navy as the EA for the Development and Maintenance of the 'Catch a Serial Offender' Program Server and Searchable Database" (December 28, 2016) assigns the Secretary of the Navy as the DoD EA for the implementation of the "Catch a Serial Offender" ("CATCH") Program and development of requirements for the Naval Criminal Investigative Service server and searchable database. As EA, the Secretary of the Navy will also maintain and sustain the server and searchable database for use by authorized personnel.
