Enterprise-wide Mass Warning and Notification
Description:
Establishes an Enterprise-wide Mass Warning and Notification (EMWN) capability that permits rapid notification of all DoD personnel, regardless of DoD Component affiliation, within a specific geographic area of an impending or ongoing threat.
