Defense Production Act (DPA) Title III Program
Description:
As the DoD Executive Agent, the Secretary of the Air Force is responsible for establishing a DPA Title III program office with overall responsibility for all DPA Title III functions, under broad guidance from OSD. The DPA Title III program is designed to create, maintain, protect, expand, or restore the productive capacities of domestic sources for critical components, critical technology items, and industrial resources essential for the execution of the national security strategy of the United States.
