<p><strong>Title:</strong> The title of the Executive Agent assignment from the designating document.&nbsp; This may not always be the same as the title of the designating issuance.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Description: </strong>The general purpose and scope of the assignment.</p><p><strong>Date Assigned:</strong> The date of the designating document or specific date the Executive Agent assignment became effective, if different.</p><p><strong>Expiration Date: </strong>Date specified, if applicable, that the Executive Agent responsibilities end.</p><p><strong>Review Date: </strong>Typically three to five years after the assignment.&nbsp; This date should be used to determine the validity of the Executive Agent assignment and whether it should be continued.</p><p><strong>Signature:</strong> The signatory of the designating document.&nbsp; Executive Agents may only be assigned by either the Secretary of War (SW) or the Deputy Secretary of War (DW).</p><p><strong>Principal Staff Function: </strong>Each Executive Agent assignment has a Principal Staff Assistant (PSA) assigned to it for oversight and monitoring.</p><p><strong>Joint Staff Function: </strong>The Joint Staff directorate that applies to the function or mission of the Executive Agent.</p><p><strong>DoW&nbsp;Component:</strong> The Head of a DoW&nbsp;Component assigned as&nbsp;Executive Agent.</p><p><strong>Agency:</strong> The Head of the DoW&nbsp;Component assigned the Executive Agent responsibility will normally assign the duties of performing the functions to an agency within his Component.&nbsp; If this has been done the Agency will be blank.</p><p><strong>Office: </strong>The office within the Agency that is assigned to carryout the Executive Agent responsibilities.</p><p><strong>Executive Agent POC:</strong> An individual within the responsible Agency who has been assigned to monitor the Executive Agent assignment.&nbsp; This would be the person to contact for specific Executive Agent information.</p><p><strong>Primary Document:</strong> The issuance making the Executive Agent assignment and signed by the individual entered in the &quot;Signature&quot; entry.&nbsp; The document typically will be a memorandum, directive, or instruction and will include the Executive Agent designation.</p><p><strong>Primary Document Location:</strong> Location of the Primary Document.&nbsp; If it can be found on the Internet the URL will be linked.&nbsp; If it is hard copy only the office holding a copy will be entered.</p><p><strong>Primary Document Date:</strong> &nbsp;Issue date of the Primary Document</p><p><strong>Secondary Document:</strong> In some cases the Primary Document may be a memorandum designating the Executive Agent, but contains little or no details concerning specific responsibilities.&nbsp; In this case a Secondary Document may be listed to further spell out the Executive Agent duties and responsibilities.</p><p><strong>Secondary Document Location:</strong> Location of the Secondary Document.&nbsp; If they can be found on the Internet the URL will be linked.&nbsp; If it is hard copy only the office holding a copy will be entered.</p><p><strong>Secondary Document Date:</strong> Issue date of the Secondary Document.</p><p><strong>DoW&nbsp;Component POC:</strong> The Point of Contact for the component.&nbsp; This POC tracks all the Executive Agent assignments for the component.</p><p><strong>Review Date:</strong> Enter date in M/D/YYYY format.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Attachments: </strong>If required to provide additional information</p>
